The client is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in interacting with a diverse range of clients, from individual customers to public entities like the Police and other noteworthy government organisations.

Responsibilities.
1 Conducting cost estimates for construction projects.
2 Managing project budgets and financial forecasts.
3 Reviewing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
4 Monitoring project progress and costs to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
5 Providing financial advice and recommendations to project managers.
6 Assessing and valuing variations to the contract.
7 Resolving any financial disputes that may arise during the project.
8 Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in construction technology.
9 Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
