Quantity Surveyor

Involve recruitment are in search for a Quantity Surveyor for our client a leadingNew Build and Commercial refurbishment & fitout contractor. We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all costs relating to projects and ensuring they are completed within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Evaluate and negotiate contract terms
• Track changes to the design and construction work
• Conduct cost analysis and provide cost forecasts
• Manage project finances and ensure financial records are accurate
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Professional accreditation is desirable
