The successful Lettings Consultant will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.

Lettings Consultant – Duties
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times
- Carrying out viewings
- Carrying out property inspections
- Carrying out take ons of new properties
- Serving of notices
- Adhering to Lettings legislation and company procedures at all times
Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed
- Experience within a similar Lettings role is essential
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous use of Lettings software
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle as this is predominantly an appointment based role
- Good knowledge of Bridgend, Neath and the surrounding areas is desirable
- You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry
