An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Bridgend. Â
The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team. Â
Lettings Negotiator – Benefits Â
- Up to £27,000 basic salary plus commission

Lettings Negotiator – Duties Â
- To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant Â
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedbackÂ
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants
- Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in
- Carrying out valuations and supporting Landlords
- Organising property management issues and liaising with maintenance team
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants Â
Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed Â
- Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is required
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packagesÂ
- Local knowledge of Bridgend and the surrounding area
- Full UK driving licence
- You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry
