We are currently recruiting an experienced Workshop Engineer to join an established client based in Bridgend.

The salary scale will be dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Overtime on an ad-hoc basis.

42.5 hours per week

Duties

  • Diagnosing faults and repairing / maintenance of company equipment on and off site.
  • Experience working as a workshop fitter, mobile plant fitter, mobile engineer, plant fitter, plant engineer, workshop technician, plant technician, vehicle mechanic, vehicle technician etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanics, electrics, and hydraulics.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Flexible and professional approach to all clients/customers.
  • Servicing High Pressure Water Jetting machines
  • Find and rectify faults on jetting machines, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Servicing and maintaining plant and equipment to a high standard.
  • Diagnosing faults and rectifying equipment both onsite and at customer venues
  • Keeping records and documentation up to date
  • Timely completion of test and service records
  • Completion of test certificates and associated documentation
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Delivery and collection of equipment as required.
