Facilities by ADF have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team.

Location: Bridgend, South Wales (CF32 9SZ)

Salary: £28k starting, increasing to £30k after a 6-month probation period + competitive benefits package
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Salaries are based on a grading system that depends on experience and performance—details will be discussed during the interview.

Account Manager – The Role:

Our Account Managers serve as the vital connection between our clients, the TV and film production teams, and our Facilities by ADF support teams located in Bridgend and Bordon, Hampshire.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a natural inclination to go the extra mile. While the role is based in Bridgend, occasional travel and overnight stays will be required.

Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact for the TV/Film production for the day to day running of facilities

- Take ownership of each given account to ensure complete end to end service is delivered to the highest standard

- Day to day management of onsite teams i.e. sickness/holidays/cover

- Maintaining a constant flow of information from production into the business to enable all departments to deliver the service

- Working closely with ADF Logistics team to ensure all your production movements are efficient and on time

- Producing spend reports and advising productions on additional spend

- Managing the account financials, making sure invoices are paid on time and debts kept minimal

- Carrying out site visits to meet clients/HOD’s with the purpose of developing long standing, successful business relationships, gaining valuable feedback that will help us develop our service

- Networking to develop & build own client data base

Account Manager – Requirements:
 

- Excellent communication skills

- Relationship building

- Ability to prioritise workload

- Works well under pressure

- IT Literate

- Proficient in Excel & Word

The successful candidate will have a talent for spotting opportunities through networking with clients and industry personnel and have a flexible approach to hours.  A transport background would certainly be beneficial but not essential.
