Description
- Managing purchase ledger accounts effectively and efficiently.
- Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
- Preparing BACS payments and processing remittances.
- Managing petty cash transactions and recording them in a timely manner.
- Liaising with suppliers and resolving any potential invoice queries.
- Assisting with month-end reporting and providing support to the finance team.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to financial regulations.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when required.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Job Offer
