- Provide emotional and practical support to survivors of domestic abuse through one-on-one sessions, group work, and telephone support.
- Develop and implement personalized safety plans and risk assessments.
- Assist service users in accessing legal, housing, health, and financial services.
- Maintain up-to-date records and case notes in accordance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Raise awareness about domestic abuse within the community and participate in outreach programs.
- Previous experience dealing with vulnerable tenants
