Expectations of a Learning Support Assistant in Bridgend:
- Assist the Teacher in the delivery of successful lessons.
- Have good behavioural management with small groups of pupils.
- Be comfortable with pupils in 1 to 1 settings.
- Ensure to build and maintain professional relationships with all other staff members.
