Academics are searching for an SEN Teaching assistant to work in a great school in Bridgend.
If you are an experienced Teaching assistant with a lot of SEN/ALN experience with children in an educational setting then this role could be a great fit for you.
The role:
The role is looking to start after the Easter break and run through until the end of the Academic year. You will be working 1 to 1 with a child in an SEN base who has ALN needs. The hours will be 9am to 12pm and you will be in the role 5 days a week. The school is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching assistant to fill this role in Bridgend and work up until the end of the academic year.
You will be a part of a fantastic team in the SEN base and will be supported to thrive in the 1 to 1 role.
Expectations of a SEN Teaching assistant:
- Be comfortable with an ALN student in a 1 to 1 setting
- Aid the class Teacher in delivering successful lessons.
- Have good patience and behaviour management skills
- To be enthusiastic and hardworking.
