Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and dedicated Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistants to join our team in the Bridgend area. If you are fluent in Welsh, experienced in supporting young learners, and have a background that includes coaching, volunteering, or extensive work as an LSA, we want to hear from you!

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to students across various subjects in Welsh language medium schools.
• Work alongside teachers to help create an engaging, positive, and productive learning environment.
• Support individual students or small groups with additional needs, helping to nurture their academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Help prepare classroom materials and resources, and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom space.

• Excellent Pay Rates: Earn between £92.50 - £110 per day.
