Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the National Hubs and Regional Hubs.
Responsibilities
As part of the Senior Management Team you will direct all aspects of The Hub Operation ensuring it is carried out in a cost effective, safe and professional manner.
You will further develop The Hub network and operation in line with Group expectations , budgets and future plans.
Work very closely with the Operations Director and Board to achieve service excellence.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail/ accuracy. Conscientious and reliable
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Adaptable approach to work/ training
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
- Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
- Computer literate, particularly MS Office applications i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel or equivalent
- Able to work as part of a team or individually
- Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level
- Previous experience in a similar role within a major distribution operation
This is a National role , but would suit someone liveing Central.
Hubs are 24 hour operations and need someone flexible wth hours.
