Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Machine Operator to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth.
For the successful Machine Operator our client is offering:
- Competitive rate of £11.50 per hour, + 25% shift allowance = £14.37 per hour - £28,021.50
- Permanent Nights - 10pm-6am Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Permanent opportunities available within a well respected Automotive Manufacturer

The role - Machine Operator:
- Operating CNC machines and ensuring they run smoothly
- Reporting any issues and trying to solve basic faults that may arise
- Loading and unloading the machine
- Visual inspection of products
- Reading from drawings
- Ensuring parts produced are to a high standard
- Lifting of products onto the machine
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:
- Counterbalance forklift truck license is desirable
- Previous machine/workshop experience in an Engineering environment - desirable
- Able to work using own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Methodical approach to work
- Role adaptability
- Previous CNC experience would be highly advantageous
