Qualifications:

• Proven experience in process improvement and transformation within a large organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Improvement, or related field.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead large-scale initiatives.
• Analytical skills to assess processes and quantify improvements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability to navigate complex and changing environments.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Six Sigma (Green/ Black Belt), Lean, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and process modelling tools.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to changing conditions.
• Experience with process mining platforms.
