Business Process Manager

Seeking a Business Process Manager to join a Global leader in their market, to lead on trade compliance and transport management, working as part of their global digital transformation, powered by SAP S/4HANA. Responsible for utilising standard processes to meet the business requirements while achieving common ways of working. The role will lead the creation of new ways of working in the digital platform, with direct report responsibility, through the design, system testing, UAT and go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA process design
  • Manage and lead a team of Business Analysts and change management activities
  • Align global stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Negotiate and influence key business stakeholders to achieve divisional alignment with common and standard processes
  • Manage the objectives, performance and personal development of your direct reports
  • Provide short term and long term guidance to team and key stakeholders
  • Support the production of end user training material and delivery of end user training as required
  • Play an integral role in deployment and cutover planning activities ensuring that the business risks are understood and appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
  • Work with the post go-live support team to support the business with the introduction of the new solution and processes

Experience Required:

  • Experience from a logistics, supply chain or manufacturing sector, in a SAP environment is highly desirable
  • Highly motivated, delivery focused leader with experience of team management
  • A can-do attitude and thrive on working in a multi-cultural team environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Highly organised, with good planning and people management skills
  • Previous project and/or change management experience is essential
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is essential, in particular SAP GTS/SAP TM

Please Note: This role requires up to 30% Global travel per quarter, with hybrid working as standard.
