The successful postholder will hold a vital role in the delivery of a range of PQA (Performance and Quality Assurance) activities, comprising practice evaluations and moderation, deep dives, thematic and partnership audits, practice improvement activities, staff training, closing the loop (CTL) activities, children and families' feedback. This will assist the leadership to understand how well rhe Trust is doing and ensure targeted support is provided where it is most needed.
