The company we are recruiting for is a regional firm of Accountants and this is to work with the Research & Development team.
It's a new role in the business, with £Millions of pounds of untapped sales and a blank canvas for you to shape your position and offering.
For this role, they need someone who knows R&D and ideally who has worked within this sector before.
There is a huge range of firms in the R&D space. ... This one is probably the most reputable, well connected and with the backing of a team that consistently delivers quality.
In terms of the role, there is two parts... Converting work from existing clients, and new business.
As a regional firm of Accountants, they have a huge portfolio of businesses that could qualify for R&D and you would be given free reign to work with these companies.
The role would also focus on new business, networking and perhaps leveraging your existing connections.
The role has been signed off as a Manager level but how far and quick you progress is purely down to you. ... You'll be working closely with the R&D Partner and alongside other Directors of the company, so if you are looking to step up, the door is definitely open.
