Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Associate for our client's automotive dealership in Edinburgh. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships with customers and have the freedom to develop their own unique sales style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle handovers and ensure a smooth process for customers.
  • Follow up on all sales leads, including from the previous day.
  • Maintain high standards in the forecourt, display, and showroom.
  • Prospect previous customers who have purchased vehicles.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing them with a world-class guest experience.

A successful Sales Associate will demonstrate professionalism and integrity, consistently delivering high-quality service while achieving sales targets.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service and sales.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer use, with the ability to follow processes and comply with regulations.
  • Requirements: A Full Clean UK Driving Licence. You will need to provide a Basic DBS and adverse financial background check.
