This company is a top 100 Best Place to Work and they are looking for a Category Manager - Supplements to join their team. As the Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the brand's product portfolio of supplements. Responsibilities Included:

  • Stay abreast of category market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify unmet consumer needs and opportunities.
  • Partner with New Product Development team to develop and execute a comprehensive product innovation strategy aligned with the brand's overall goals.
  • Identify and prioritise key growth levers across marketing, pricing, promotion, and innovation to drive category growth.
  • Define clear marketing positioning for products, including concept, benefits, messaging, and pricing.
  • Work closely with channels and cross-functional teams (Digital and Data) to optimise promotion strategies.
  • Develop and execute promotional plans, including gift with purchase programs and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including any reformulations, packaging changes, and international adaptations.

Skills and Attributes:

  • An understanding of the beauty VMS market, including consumer trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in product marketing or innovation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to develop business cases.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
