The company:Global company which designs, manufactures and sells specialist products, currently expanding their direct sales force in the UK

Main duties:Responsible for expanding market share, driving revenue, and strengthening client partnerships throughout England and Wales.This opportunity is remote with a preference for the Midlands as a location due to many clients and prospects in this region.

The role:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients- Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management- Collaborate with different departments to implement campaigns and initiatives- Attend networking opportunities to promote brand, products and offerings- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions

The candidate:- Proven experience in field or direct sales management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and closing abilities- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed- UK driving licence holder

The salary: Up to £50,000 plus circa £20,000 in commission
