Join Our Engineering Excellence Team as a Project Engineer!

We're a leading player in advanced automotive manufacturing, and we're looking for a talented Project Engineer to join and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to make a real impact within a growing and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal projects to meet both customer and company objectives, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate project/product progress and issues to internal key stakeholders, ensuring that any issues, constraints or divergence from the project plan are highlighted.
  • Communicate with the Operations Team to achieve satisfactory delivery of projects.
  • Perform cost analysis for each project, allocating costs to engineering, tooling, and manufacturing as required to maintain budget control and profitability.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base that documents lessons learned, best practices, and solutions for future projects.
  • Proactively develop new business to enhance foundry capacity, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Current, valid driving licence
  • Experience of organising and managing multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of using ISO Quality Standards
  • Experience of meeting deadlines and agreed objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A recognised formal engineering qualification or demonstrable significant experience in relevant fields
