DKF Recruitment are on the lookout for Asbestos Surveyors for permanent and freelance opportunities throughout the UK with a number of well-known clients in the industry. These include one of the leading asbestos risk management companies in the UK; one of the most established Asbestos Consultancies in the country with over 30 years’ experience; and a market leader, with over 20 years’ experience offering the full range of asbestos services.

Our clients currently have positions available in London, the South East, West Midlands, East Midlands, East Anglia, Yorkshire and the North West.

What your core responsibilities would be:

· Carrying out thorough asbestos surveys on various sites which could include commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Perform visual inspections, collect samples, and accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of any asbestos present.

· To provide quality services and information to clients, must have knowledge of all current asbestos health and safety regulations and ensure this is maintained.

· Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

To be considered for the Asbestos Surveyor roles you must meet the following criteria:

· Must hold BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.

· At least 12 months experience working in a similar role.

· Good Health and Safety practices.

· Understand and follow current UKAS legislation and practices.

· Must be IT competent, to compile and maintain accurate reports.

· Flexibility to travel to carry out required Asbestos Surveys and related tasks.

· Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
