We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Stopper to work on care home projects across West Yorkshire. This role focuses on bat and mastic installations, with some work involving cavity barriers. Due to the location of projects, a valid driving license is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Install bat and mastic systems in care homes to meet fire safety standards. - Fit cavity barriers in compliance with regulations. - Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship. - Drive to various sites across West Yorkshire.
Requirements:- Proven experience in fire stopping, specifically with bat and mastic systems. - Knowledge of cavity barrier installation. - Valid CSCS card. - A full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. - Ability to work professionally in care home environments.- NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection or equivalent qualifications.
