I’m recruiting for a leading sustainable logistics and supply chain company specialising in providing sustainable, high-quality solutions across Europe who are looking for a Commercial Account Representative to join their customer service team in the West Midlands.In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting well-known brands in the supply chain and you’ll ensure excellent service in a B2B setting; as the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle administrative tasks, manage stock levels, and build strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and manage around 25-30 accounts
  • Monitor customer performance and stock levels
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with contracts
  • Build relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years experience in B2B customer service or account management
  • Good analytical skills (Excel – Pivot Table and V look ups)
  • Great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
