UK&I Commercial Lead/Senior Manager – Leading Global Supply Chain Solutions Business – £70,000 - £90,000 + Car + Bonus +  Benefits – West Midlands/Hybrid 

We are exclusively partnered with a leader in supply chain solutions seeking a Commercial Lead/ Senior Manager focused on managing the full commercial and sales cycle for UK&I. The business has gone from strength to strength with up 20% YOY growth, has fantastic people focused culture passionate about giving people autonomy and ownership.

Due to the continue growth this brand new role will focus on maturing the Commercial function, you’ll be responsible for all elements within the Commercial team including business development. Managing through the heads of function you’ll look to review opportunities, bottle necks and risk across customer experience, retention, onboarding, CRM compliance and overall commercial governance

What will the role entail?

  • Lead Commercial Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy for UK&I.  Overseeing the entire commercial function across. Your strategic input will ensure alignment across UK&I and European teams.
  • Drive Business Growth: Collaborating closely with the European commercial directors, you’ll focus on maximising revenue, improving pricing structures, and lead generation initiatives. As well as leading on organic growth through robust client relationship management will be a key focus.
  • Shape Customer Experience: Champion the customer experience journey by leading new CRM programs, review new technology for enhanced customer data insights. Driving improvements in customer onboarding, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Change Management & Leadership: Take ownership of change management processes as the company transitions through evolving systems. Leading and mentoring  a dedicated team to success.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Commercial strategic leadership experience, managing the full commercial process, from contract management to customer service.
  • Demonstrable track record of improving customer experience, able to describe improvements and impact to the end customer and revenue.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with a proven track record in developing CRM systems (Microsoft exp would be desirable)
  • Expertise in heavily operational environment, such as logistics and distribution would be advantageous  
  • Hands-on approach with project management capabilities, particularly in CRM and customer journey improvements.
  • Ability to drive change with confidence and assertiveness, ensuring alignment across divisions and processes.
