Key Responsibilities

We are seeking CNC Machinists of varying levels of experience from 2 axis lathes to 5 axis horizonal and vertical operating, setting and programming. We use Herco, Bridgeport, Mazak & Matsuura & Haas machines.

Day to day you will conduct:

  • Data control, backing up of programs and creation of tooling sheets
  • On line CNC Program creation
  • CNC cutting tool selection
  • Assist with Fixture design
  • Setting and Operation of CNC machines for the prove out process of new products and for general production

What We're Looking For

  • Current, valid driving license
  • knowledge of CNC Machining for some or all of the following: operating, setting and programming
  • Skilled in setting up CNC machines, loading programs, and ensuring that the machines operate efficiently, meeting quality standards
  • Knowledge or experience in identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising on quality or tolerances
