CNC Setter/Programmer
Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience plus option for overtime.
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 07:30 to 16:30, Fri 07:30 to 13:00 - 37.5 hrs per week

Join Our Machining Team as a CNC Setter/Programmer
Are you a CNC Setter/ Programmer with existing milling experience and are looking for a new challenge? - Focus on lightweight, high-integrity casting techniques that support green energy and electrification
Key Responsibilities
Day to day you will conduct:
- Data control, backing up of programs and creation of tooling sheets
- On line CNC Program creation
- CNC cutting tool selection
- Assist with Fixture design
- Setting and Operation of CNC machines for the prove out process of new products and for general production
What We're Looking For
We are seeking CNC Setters and Programmers with existing milling and 3, 4 & 5 axis experience. We use Herco, Heidenhain, Mazak & Fanuc machines, any existing experience of working with these machines is desirable.
- Ability to get to commute to site in Bridgenorth, 5 days a week
- Knowledge of CNC Machining for some or all of the following: operating, setting and programming
- Skilled in setting up CNC machines, loading programs, and ensuring that the machines operate efficiently, meeting quality standards
- Knowledge or experience in identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising on quality or tolerances
