- Developing and delivering the major projects strategy in collaboration with the MD and senior leadership team.
- Leading and motivating a skilled engineering and delivery team to achieve excellence in performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Partnering with the sales function to grow market share within the UK's new-build construction sector.
- Managing forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure strong financial and operational outcomes.
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships while ensuring best-in-class project execution and governance.
About YouWe're looking for a confident and strategic IoT leader with deep expertise in project and operational management-ideally within Smart Buildings, BEMS, or the wider building technology space.You will bring:
- A strong track record of senior-level leadership in the construction, energy, or building controls sector.
- Proven experience delivering major projects, with an ability to drive commercial performance and operational efficiency.
- Sharp business acumen with an analytical mindset and clear understanding of P&L, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across sites nationwide.
