Learning & Development ManagerBridgnorth£50,000A leading manufacturing business with a strong order book and an excellent outlook for 2024/2025 (and beyond!) is seeking a highly capable L&D Manager.With the business having gone through some positive change, a decision has been made to introduce an L&D Manager that, alongside the Group HR Director, will take ownership of the L&D strategy in its entirety, whilst ensuring the delivery of this strategy to allow the business to reach its goals.
