About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Council Member Support Officer to join a Midlands-based Council on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office but offers flexibility for hybrid working around this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive training programme for Council Members, including strategic planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training meets the needs of the organisation.
  • Assist with HR and legal matters as they pertain to the support and training of members.
