Our client is looking for three Talent and Learning Officer’s, that share a passion for development and are looking to appoint several roles within the team looking at different areas of responsibility.

The areas these roles will cover are:

  • Early talent – development of internal talent through Early Careers including Apprenticeships, Graduates, Work Experience and placements, looking at career pathways and organisational agility and transferable skills for our workforce
  • Performance development – to enhance our mechanisms to support the council becoming a performance organisation
  • Learning & development – commissioning and design of learning programmes to support Street Scene

  • Passionate individual who wants to work with the already established team to drive our future talent
