• Salary £25,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
• Full-Time, Permanent - Hours of work (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Company Overview - Trainer and Technical support

Our Client are currently looking for a Trainer and Technical support to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running in order to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.

You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.

Trainer and Technical support Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with technical support
• Give technical training
• Testing returns of possible faulty goods returned by customers
• Select stock to fulfil incoming sales orders, following paperwork and worksheets provided by the sales administration
• Sub assembly of components i.e. key-switches, transmitters and receivers
• Assembly / build-up of Sliding Auto Door Units
• Fill out good’s outward forms, recording serial numbers and weighing each parcel for shipment
• Promote technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback into future product developments
• Quality inspection of incoming goods to be checked against delivery paperwork
• Occasional deliveries in company van to customers

Trainer and Technical support Skills and Experience:

• A Full UK Driving Licence
• A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
• Mechanical and electrical/electronic knowledge
• A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
