Customer Service Co-ordinatorSalary: circa £30,000 | Hours: 8:45am–4:30pm | 36.25 hrs/week | Location: On-site

I am looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service Co-ordinator to support global operations and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders via email, phone, and portals in line with ISO9001 standards.

  • Ensure timely OTIF deliveries and handle customer queries efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong global customer and freight agent relationships.

  • Prepare and track quotations; coordinate export documentation for road, air, and sea transport.

  • Monitor customer accounts, analyse trends, and contribute to forecast planning.

  • Attend sales/ops meetings and support general admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in export/shipping; strong knowledge of shipping regulations.

  • Dangerous Goods qualifications (IMDG, IATA, ADR) preferred.

  • Proficient in Sage X3 (or similar ERP), Microsoft Word & Excel.

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2; GCSEs in Maths and English.
