Role Overview: The School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with behavioural needs, ensuring they have the best possible educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with behavioural challenges in the classroom and during other school activities.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies and individualised support plans.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behaviour intervention plans.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting self-esteem and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with behavioural needs is highly desirable.
