- Clinical Leadership: Assist the Home Manager in managing clinical operations and maintaining high standards of care.
- Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring staff are motivated and deliver quality care.
- Care Plans: Supervise the development and review of care plans, ensuring they address residents’ specific needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the care home complies with CQC standards and internal policies.
- Resident Wellbeing: Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of residents, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Must have an NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a care home setting is highly desirable.
- Experience with advanced level-care, such as dementia and complex care, is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
