My client in The West Midlands is looking to appoint a talented HR/OD Consultant on a Contract basis.

This role will be vital in shaping the delivery of the councils People Strategy and supporting the next phase of their organisational development.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
