Are you a skilled Project Surveyor looking to make a meaningful impact in the social housing sector? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading organisation in the West Midlands. You will be responsible for managing capital investment projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee pre-contract, contract phase, and post-contract project management for allocated schemes.
  • Manage on-site activities, focusing on quality, safety, timeline, and cost control.
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare comprehensive specifications for tender documents.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (e.g., CDM, Planning and Building Regulations, Asbestos Control).
  • Assist in budget management, verifying financial submissions, and certifying payment notices.
  • Utilise project management tools such as cash flow analysis, risk management, and value engineering.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise and coordinated project delivery.
  • Regularly conduct site inspections, including work at height and confined spaces.
What We're Looking For
  • HND/HNC qualification in construction (e.g., Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture).
  • Strong project management experience within a property or contracting context.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with complex databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
