THE ROLE

With an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity to join the team who are responsible for driving commercial value from existing clients across venues.  Building lasting relationships with clients, networking and maximising revenue from your accounts will all fall within your remit.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively planning for future sales, developing an overall team and individual business strategy and contributing to the departmental business strategy
  • Responsibility and ownership of achieving revenue and KPI targets
  • Maximising opportunities and profitability across accounts
  • Attending client events to further develop relationships and network
  • Provide analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct market research and proactively work to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships and further develop relationships with existing clients with a view to generating new income streams.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to secure repeat business
  • Prepare sales reports, including updated forecasts
  • Coach and mentor junior team members

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and will be experienced in managing accounts, ideally from within an event or corporate background. You will have strong commercial acumen and ideally have experience in managing sales financials, as well as being a strong communicator who is confident maximising business opportunities.
