Personal Assistant

Our client is looking for a proactive, organised, and dedicated Personal Assistant to join them on an interim basis until at least April 2025 with a view to extend beyond this.You need to be an experienced PA with excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Flexibility, confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and email management, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses
  • Preparing and organising meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Drafting briefing notes and presentations to support the Director’s meeting preparation
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, balancing priorities to maximize the time of senior leaders
