We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to work alongside the Managing Partner for one of the firm's market facing business units as a critical member of the strategic leadership team. This individual will play a key role in shaping and delivering business strategy, ensuring the provision of top-tier delivery of client value and financial success.

Description
- Provide strategic leadership and implement an integrated business strategy and future financial forecast for the business units
- Drive business growth through development and implementation of effective strategies
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure robust financial forecasts for each business unit are in place
- Positively influence key financial, operational and resource drivers to consistently deliver against our business plans
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and understand trends, risks and opportunities through regular performance analysis
- Influence and steer activity across cross-functional teams to set and execute strategy, prioritising activity which delivers and drives financial and operational improvements
Profile
A successful Business Manager should have:
- At least 10 year's experience of a business/operations management
- Commercial acumen
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven experience of managing profit and loss
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
