Head of Commercial Finance - West Midlands + Hybrid - £90,000 - £100,000 + Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing commercial organisation as Head of Commercial Finance. Working within a fast paced environment, you will manage a small team whilst supporting the CFO in driving the business forwards. There are numerous commercial projects currently in the mix, and this will certainly be a satisfying role for the successful individual. The quality of data is also high, enabling the right individual to really assist in improving business quality and growth.
- Full responsibility for all FP&A activities
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning
- Attending and presenting at board meetings
- Exceptional Stakeholder management at all levels
- Further developing of KPI metrics
- Driving Change and Process Improvement
- Managing a small team
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an extensive background in FP&A, and someone who is accurate with numbers and has a commercial mindset.
