Having recently received PE investment they are looking to create a UK wide presence through a buy and build strategy. Working directly for the CFO with regular interaction with the board and PE house, you will be tasked on delivering on the acquisition strategy. This will included targeting identification and assessment, DD, valuation and identifying funding method through to closing the deal and supporting integration activity.
