Job Description: Programme Manager / Transformation Manager | Financial Services | Digital Transformation

Location: The role requires working two days per week on-site at the company's main office in the West Midlands, with occasional travel to London as needed.

A leading financial services provider is seeking a Programme and Transformation Manager to support an extensive technology and digital transformation initiative. This role is essential in steering the success of a core banking platform and services overhaul.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure successful delivery of project portfolios, maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Directly manage smaller-scale projects while overseeing the governance and coordination of the overall programme portfolio.
