What We Offer:

We are recruiting trainees across various departments, with opportunities to progress into specialist roles, including:

  1. Metal Preparation
  • Metal Operatives - Finishing and inspecting castings with precision tools.
  • Welding (TIG Welding) - Precision welding for high-performance industries.
  1. Moulding
  • Moulding Technicians - Setting up and assembling complex moulds for casting.
  1. Assembly
  • Assembly Technicians - Assembling components to meet precise specifications.
  1. Casting
  • Casting Team - Working with molten metals to form high-quality components.
  • Knockout Technicians - Physically removing sand castings after cooling.
  • Automation Technicians - Operating robotic systems for precision casting.
  1. Inspection
  • XRAY/NDT Technicians - Quality control through advanced testing methods.
