  • Locations: West Yorkshire, West Midlands, or Andover (choose your preferred base).
  • Full-time, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
  • CMM Programming: Utilise MCosmos to develop and optimise CMM programs for complex measurement requirements, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Conduct precise measurements, analyse results, and validate component dimensions to meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality team to maintain compliance with quality standards and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Generate clear, detailed reports for completed measurements, keeping accurate records in accordance with company standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, including developing new methods to enhance measurement precision and efficiency.
  • Client and Team Collaboration: Liaise with clients and internal departments to understand project requirements and provide feedback on quality and measurement processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Measurement Specialist or CMM Programmer with MCosmos proficiency.
  • Strong background in dimensional measurement and CMM programming.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Starting Salary: £38,000 DOE (Dependent on Experience).
  • Pension Scheme: Company pension, with enhanced benefits after 3 years.
  • Holidays: 23 days per year + bank holidays
