Responsibilities Include:Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, offering guidance on policies and processes.Maintain and update HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and leave records.Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and scheduling interviews.Assist in the disciplinary and grievance procedures, preparing documentation and taking minutes.Skills and Attributes requited for the HR Assistant
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Professional and approachable attitude with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
