Our client is searching for an experienced HR Transformation Workstream Lead to guide the Reward & Benefits workstream through a significant HRIS change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Workstream Ownership: Lead the Reward & Benefits workstream within our HR transformation programme, ensuring the delivery of measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.
  • ERP Transformation: Manage the design, implementation, and integration of Reward & Benefits systems within a new ERP solution to drive effective and efficient outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure alignment with needs and expectations.
  • Agile Leadership: Apply agile methodologies to manage priorities, facilitate sprint planning, and drive iterative delivery of value within the workstream.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, resolve roadblocks, and implement enhancements to improve the delivery and effectiveness of the Reward & Benefits systems.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all initiatives support the organisation's broader objectives, including people transformation, digital integration, and operational excellence.

About You:

We're looking for a visionary leader with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing HR workstreams in complex HR or ERP transformation projects, particularly focused on Reward & Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their implementation in a transformation context.
  • Knowledge and practical application of agile methodologies, including backlog management and iterative development.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing competing priorities and driving consensus.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
  • Experience in managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets and tracking value delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR product ownership, project management, or HR transformation delivery, ideally in a complex organisational context.
  • Knowledge of organisational effectiveness, workforce strategies, or operational improvement is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, people, organisational effectiveness, or a related field.
