Job Purpose:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business that supplies high-performance metals to leading manufacturers in the Aerospace industry. In this role, you will support the Corporate QHSE team in managing and maintaining the Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the branch QHSE Management systems.
Manage non-conforming material, product specifications, and maintain the supplier rejections database.
Oversee the branch customer complaints process, including Root Cause analysis and Corrective Actions.
Maintain and update Quality Inspection equipment calibration systems.
Manage Accident/Incident Logs, including investigations, corrective actions, and necessary training.
Ensure COSHH compliance and manage utilities, waste, and vehicle usage.
Conduct QHSE management system internal audits and lead customer and third-party audits.
Prepare monthly QHSE reports and manage KPI meetings.
Organise new starter inductions and QHSE management systems awareness training.
Coordinate training for first aiders, fire wardens, Manual Handling, FLT, Crane usage, annual waste stream training, and spills training.
