Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager - home-based

Salary up to 43,000 - £48,000 + allowances

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed home-based fostering agency in West Midlands. I am looking for an experienced home-based deputy fostering recruitment manager for their team.

The IFA has a friendly, family orientated approach, community-based providing high standards therapeutic care services to foster carers and children looked after. They operate as a Charity and have Outstanding Ofsted.

If you are looking for a role that is therapeutic, this is the best chance to put your skills into practice, incorporating therapy into social work practice. They offer on-going therapeutic training so it is a great chance to improve your skills.

Responsibilities

The deputy fostering recruitment manager will oversee the assessment process providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Worker. Will also manage and provide QA form all Form F assessments throughout approval.

This is a home-based role with travel required for recruitment activity across areas such as, Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Kettering, Wellingborough and Northampton
