Your new companyWe are working with a large Public Sector Organisation based in the West Midlands to support the temporary recruitment of a number of HR Administrators.Your new roleWe are recruiting for a number of experienced HR Administrators on a temporary basis, for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension. There are a number of areas available within this recruitment. There will be general HR enquiries, sickness/absence, resourcing/recruitment and also compliance and DBS checks. Day to day, you will be given your own case load to work through, however you will also work as a team on any urgent tasks to ensure they are completed to the deadline given. You will use a variety of in-house systems, which you will receive training for. You will also use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams daily.These are full-time positions and offering a hybrid working pattern, this can be discussed at interview stage.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate should have experience within a similar HR role and be confident in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams. If you are able to work on your own and as part of a team, use your own initiative and have a true passion for HR and to progress, this opportunity is for you. We will also require 2 references from your 2 most recent employers to complete registration and to process your application to the next stage.What you'll get in returnThis is a full-time temporary position for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension, and offering an hourly rate between £13-15, dependent on experience.
